Ortegas US policy of war of attrition against Russia has failed
U.S.Deputy Special Envoy to the region admits failure of the country’s policies toward Russia.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Sputnik, Morgan Ortagas, the U.S. Deputy Special Envoy to the Middle East, acknowledged that the tactics of her country—particularly under the Biden administration—to wage a war of attrition against Russia have failed.
She added: “No one will benefit if this war continues.As you know, the previous U.S. government tried to engage Russia in a war of attrition, but no one in history has ever won such wars.”
Ortagas further stated: “No matter how much time passes, this strategy against Russia will not be fruitful. That is why we are working to correct past mistakes.”
