Dmitry Lyubinsky Appointed Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia
Russian President appoints Dmitry Lyubinsky as Deputy Foreign Minister.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency,citing RIA Novosti,russian President Vladimir Putin issued a decree on Monday appointing Dmitry Lyubinsky as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
The presidential order also relieved Lyubinsky from his duties as russia’s ambassador to Austria.
RIA Novosti reported that the decree takes effect immediately, from August 18.
