Yemen Launches Missile Attack on Occupied Territories; Sirens Sound in Tel Aviv
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, Palestinian media announced that the Israeli military has confirmed a missile launched from Yemen toward the occupied Palestinian territories.
Quds News Network, quoting Israel’s Home Front Command, reported that Israel’s air defense systems were activated to intercept the missile.
Palestine Post stated that after the missile launch from Yemen, air raid sirens sounded in Tel Aviv.
Al Mayadeen also reported widespread air raid sirens across large areas of the occupied territories following the missile launch.
Palestine Now noted explosions heard in Qalqilya and Tel Aviv. Simultaneously occurring, the Israeli military claimed thes explosions resulted from its air defense intercept efforts against incoming missiles.
Qatar’s Al Jazeera later reported breaking news quoting Israel’s military acknowledging that its air defenses intercepted a missile fired from Yemen.
