The English section of webangah News Agency citing Mehr News Agency and Al Masirah reported that The Jerusalem Post dispatched a team to areas controlled by the Saudi-led coalition in southern Yemen.
The report states that this Israeli-affiliated team visited Aden, Dhale, Abyan, Shabwah, and Bab al-Mandab.
Leaders of mercenary groups in these regions told The Jerusalem Post they are cooperating with the united States in fighting against Yemen’s Ansarullah forces.
The newspaper further reported that during their visit to Aden, commanders of the so-called Transitional Council mercenaries presented a list of requested military equipment to the israeli delegation.
Previously, Avigdor Lieberman, former defense minister of the zionist regime, acknowledged Yemen’s power to challenge Israel and stated that Mossad’s full intelligence capabilities must be utilized against Yemen.
He also emphasized leveraging mercenary proxies inside Yemen for Israel’s benefit and called for broad support from Tel aviv for these actors.
Lieberman’s remarks followed a significant drone attack by Yemeni armed forces targeting occupied territories, which resulted in damage at Ramon Airport.
It is noteworthy that currently a self-declared government backed by Saudi Arabia and the UAE operates out of Aden while struggling to gain control over yemen’s capital.
