According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Mayadeen network, Israeli media reported, based on data from the Israeli Central Bureau of Statistics, that more people left the occupied territories in 2024 then those who immigrated into them.
The report states that around 82,000 people emigrated from the occupied territories last year, while only 31,000 immigrated to Israeli-controlled Palestine.
Israeli writers and television producers are leaving the occupied territories
In this context, Agence France-Presse reported that writers and TV producers in Israel have expressed their desire to leave due to fears over escalating cultural sanctions resulting from the Gaza war.
