Trump’s Plan to End the Gaza War Detailed by Israeli Media
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency adn Al Jazeera Qatar, Israel’s Channel 12 reported details of a potential agreement to halt the Gaza war and exchange prisoners with Hamas. The U.S. proposed plan reportedly calls for the release of all Israeli captives within 48 hours, alongside freeing hundreds of Palestinian detainees and a phased withdrawal of Israeli forces from the Gaza Strip.
The American proposal also includes clauses preventing annexation of Gaza territory and gradually transferring control from the Israeli army to local and international forces.
The report added that former President Trump is expected to urge Prime Minister Netanyahu to gradually involve the Palestinian Authority in this process, aiming to attract support from some Arab countries for Washington’s plan.
