Human Rights Center: Israel Forces Palestinian Families to Spy
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Russia Al-Youm via Mehr News Agency, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Watch stated that the Israeli regime is placing families in Gaza Strip in a precarious position. They are forced to choose between two disastrous options: either cooperate with Israeli forces and militias or face mass killings, starvation, and forced displacement.
The organization added that its field team documented a crime against the Bakr family in Al-Shati Camp west of Gaza, where nine people-including several women and children-were killed.
Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Watch also emphasized that rejecting exchange proposals or resisting pressure from occupiers does not negate these families’ right to protection. there is no justification for attacking or forcibly displacing them.
The group further stated that assaulting civilians or forcing them to flee their homes and suffer starvation remains a crime regardless of how victims respond.
