Ansarullah Yemen Condemns Israel’s Attack on “Samoud” Fleet
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, quoting Al Mayadeen, Muhammad al-Farrah, a member of Yemen’s Ansar Allah political office, condemned Israel’s blatant attack on the Steadfastness Fleet and the seizure of its civilian vessels.
He added that international silence encourages the enemy to commit further crimes, making it imperative for all free people to act promptly to lift the blockade on Gaza.
Al-Farrah emphasized that this action is a clear violation of international law and reveals the aggressive and criminal nature of the Israeli regime.
The Global Steadfastness (Resistance) Fleet, consisting of more than 50 ships aiming to break Gaza’s blockade, was violently attacked by Israel during its voyage. The regime seized several fleet vessels and detained numerous activists on board.
The fleet management announced it lost contact with several ships following the Israeli attacks and is currently working diligently to assess the status of all activists and crew members aboard.
The global Steadfastness Fleet also declared that israel’s seizure of their ships constitutes an illegal assault targeting unarmed civilians in international waters.
The fleet noted it remains 70 nautical miles from Gaza’s coast and will continue its mission without retreating.
The group called on countries worldwide to demand security for all crew members onboard and their immediate release.
