Hezbollah of Lebanon Endorses Hamas’s Position
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al-nashra, Hezbollah Lebanon responded to Trump’s Gaza plan in an official statement.
The statement reads: Hezbollah supports and endorses the stance taken by Hamas, coordinated with other Palestinian resistance groups, concerning Trump’s proposal to stop Israel’s war against Gaza. This position reflects a deep commitment to ending Israel’s brutal aggression against the people in the Gaza Strip while upholding the principles of the Palestinian cause and refusing to relinquish the rights of the Palestinian nation.
Hezbollah emphasized that this stance also highlights Hamas and all resistance factions’ dedication to Palestinian national unity. They regard a Palestinian national consensus as the framework upon which future negotiations must be based.
The statement stresses that such negotiations must aim at Israeli withdrawal from all Palestinian territories in Gaza,preventing population displacement,enabling Palestinians to independently manage their political,security,and livelihood affairs using their own resources,and rejecting any form of external guardianship nonetheless of its nature or source.
Hezbollah further called on all Arab and Islamic countries to stand alongside the Palestinian people by supporting Hamas’s position and all Palestinian resistance forces at every level. They urged backing efforts to stop Israeli aggression against both Gaza and the West Bank, prevent forced displacement, facilitate Gaza’s reconstruction, and restore all legitimate national rights for Palestinians.
