Hamas Emphasizes Al-Aqsa Storm as Turning Point in Regional Political and Military Developments
According to the english section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, Hamas issued a statement on the second anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Storm operation, emphasizing that while two years have passed, the war continues and its political and economic repercussions still loom over the region.
The statement reads: “Al-Aqsa Storm established a notable turning point in regional political and military developments.Two years have passed,yet the Zionist enemy persists with brutal attacks against our Palestinian people amid silence from Arab countries and the international community. These two years have been filled with great pain and injustice, but our resistance remains focused firmly on liberating Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque. Throughout this period,our people have shown steadfastness,uniting around resistance against occupation.”
Hamas further asserted: “After these two years, our nation-rooted deeply in its land-continues to assert its legitimate rights against forced displacement and othre schemes. We have sacrificed many great figures in pursuit of freedom.”
