Two Typhoon Fighters Land at Kuwait’s Salim Al-Sabah Air Base

Kuwaiti military sources confirmed that two Eurofighter Typhoon jets landed yesterday at Salim al-Sabah Air base, according to Kuwaiti media outlet Al-Anba, as reported by Mehr News Agency and published by webangah News Agency.
The Chief of staff of the Kuwaiti Army issued a statement saying the arrival of these aircraft is part of ongoing efforts to enhance combat readiness and improve the operational efficiency of the Air Force.
The statement added that this new delivery forms a strategic element in a broader project aimed at boosting Kuwait’s military capabilities and strengthening its defense system.
It also noted the presence of the commander of Salim Al-Sabah Air Base and the head of the joint committee overseeing the Eurofighter project, along with several air force officers, who attended the reception ceremony for these fighters.
Sence 2021, Kuwait has been receiving these jets under an extensive program marking a qualitative transition in its air force readiness.
