Hamas Warns of Repeated Gaza Ceasefire Violations by Israeli Regime
The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) today, Saturday, released a statement warning about escalating ceasefire violations by Israeli occupation forces. The group held mediators and the US government accountable for countering Israel’s attempts to undermine the ceasefire in gaza, according to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Palestinian sources.
The statement highlighted that ongoing actions by the occupation army-including continually pushing the “yellow line” westward, causing mass displacement of Gaza’s residents-alongside aerial bombardments and artillery shelling in eastern Gaza strip areas, represent flagrant and blatant breaches of the ceasefire agreement by what it called “terrorist occupiers.”
Hamas emphasized that these deliberate Israeli violations have already led to hundreds of deaths due to continuous attacks and killings justified by false pretexts.The group also noted changes made to Israeli army withdrawal lines contradict agreed maps.
the movement rejected all efforts by Netanyahu’s war criminal government aimed at imposing new realities contrary to existing agreements. It urged mediators to intervene promptly and apply pressure for an immediate halt to these violations.
Furthermore, Hamas called on the United States government to fulfill it’s commitments, hold the occupation regime accountable for implementing its obligations, and oppose attempts to weaken the ceasefire process in Gaza.
