130 Palestinians Injured in Israeli Operation in Tubas

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al jazeera via Mehr News Agency, Nidal Odeh, director of emergency and medical services in Tubas, told Anadolu Agency that since the start of the Israeli military operation in this province, 130 Palestinians have been injured as a result of beatings by army soldiers.
odeh added that 66 of the wounded were transferred to hospitals while the remainder received treatment on-site.
Since last Wednesday, the Israeli military has launched operations in Tubas city and several surrounding towns. these include raids on numerous homes, converting some into military barracks, and widespread destruction of public and private property.
According to the Palestinian Prisoners centre, during this operation, Israeli forces arrested 162 Palestinians in this province. Most were released after field interrogations and mistreatment.
Dozens of homes have also been demolished or vandalized. The Israeli army has displaced residents from parts of these neighborhoods and transformed those houses into military posts.
Two days ago in Jenin, Israeli forces shot two young men after they had surrendered. Footage shows soldiers surrounding a building and opening fire at close range on two palestinians exiting with hands raised.Both men were killed. the Israeli military claimed it is conducting field investigations into this incident.
this operation in Tubas reflects an escalation across the West Bank over the past two years. Since Israel’s genocidal war began in Gaza on October 7, 2023, more than 1,085 Palestinians have been killed; nearly 11,000 others wounded; and over 20,500 citizens detained amid ongoing hostilities.
