Released Palestinian Prisoners Hospitalized in Gaza Due to Severe Abuse

Five Palestinian prisoners released from Israeli prisons were hospitalized in Gaza due to severely deteriorated health conditions resulting from alleged torture and deprivation. The prisoners, including a 16-year-old, were transferred to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, five recently released Palestinian prisoners have been admitted to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the Gaza Strip due to extremely poor physical conditions. The prisoners were freed as part of an exchange with resistance forces.

Local sources reported that the Palestinian prisoners, among them a 16-year-old, were transferred to the hospital because of their deteriorating health, reportedly caused by severe torture endured in Israeli prisons and a lack of adequate food during their imprisonment.

The Israeli regime has released a number of Palestinian prisoners it detained in the Gaza Strip as part of the prisoner exchange with resistance forces. These civilians were allegedly abducted and imprisoned by Israeli soldiers during the Gaza conflict without any apparent justification or evidence.
