Meloni Urges Clear Iran Agreement with IAEA Participation
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni addressed the 46th Summit of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council on Wednesday, advocating for a definitive agreement on Iran, with the active involvement of the International Atomic Energy Agency, to provide assurances to the global community.
Meloni further commented on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, stating that Israel should acknowledge the Palestinian right to establish a sovereign state. She added that President Trump’s plan presents a genuine opportunity to create a lasting framework for peace and security in the region.
The Italian Prime Minister asserted that pursuing a two-state solution is the pathway to achieving security and stability in the Middle East.
