Israeli Military Vehicles Enter Al-Ajraf in Southern Syria Amid Escalating Tensions

Israeli forces deployed four military vehicles to the village of Al-Ajraf in southern Syria, establishing a checkpoint, as regional tensions continue to rise.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Syrian sources reported new military movements by Israeli forces in southern Syria. The sources stated that occupying forces entered the village of Al-Ajraf near Quneitra with four military vehicles and set up a checkpoint in the area.

Additionally, the Al-Akhbariya network reported Israeli military patrols in the village of Ein Ziwan, also near Quneitra, where soldiers inspected passersby after establishing another checkpoint.

Since the fall of Syria’s former government, Israel has intensified its attacks on Syrian territory. Recently, under the pretext of protecting Druze communities, Israeli forces bombed areas near Damascus.

Following the collapse of Bashar al-Assad’s government, the Israeli military has repeatedly crossed the buffer zone between the occupied Golan Heights and Syria, further encroaching on areas near Quneitra and Daraa provinces.
