Russia Sees US Aligning With Anti-Russia European Policies, No Strategic Stability Talks Expected

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov announced on Tuesday that no dialogue is currently underway with the United States concerning strategic stability, and there are no prospects for initiating such discussions in the near future.
Ryabkov elaborated that constructive dialogue on strategic stability matters requires specific conditions. He observed that the United States is distancing itself from the Anchorage framework, referring to the summit between Putin and Trump in Alaska, regarding Ukraine. Instead, he noted, the U.S. is moving closer to the anti-Russia policies of its allies in Europe.
Sergey Ryabkov further added that Moscow has previously communicated its position on Ukraine and diplomatic discussions pertaining to the issue.
