Iran Strikes US Air Base in Qatar in Retaliation for Attacks

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced it has targeted the Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar with ballistic missiles, striking its fighter jet maintenance center and command post. The strike is in response to ongoing alleged ‘child-killer’ American military incursions on Iranian forces.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Iran‘s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has announced that its forces have retaliated against the United States by striking a strategic American air base in Qatar. This action, described as the second phase of a reciprocal response, involved ballistic missile strikes against the Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar. The IRGC stated that the base’s fighter jet maintenance and repair center, as well as its command center, were “crushed” in the operation.

The statement from the IRGC’s Public Relations Department asserted that this action was a direct response to the “continuation of aggressions by the child-killing American army” against the coastal bases of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In addition to this missile strike, the IRGC also mentioned the interception and halting of a second violating vessel in the Strait of Hormuz.

The IRGC issued a stern warning to the “American-Zionist enemy,” stating that the continuation of their aggressions will be met with even more devastating responses. The communiqué concluded with the defiant phrase, “Fight, and we will fight.”
