Yemeni Parliament Warns Saudi Arabia Over Escalating Tensions

The parliamentarians asserted that this course of action presents a grave threat to the security and stability of the region.

The statement further emphasized that the Yemeni people and their armed forces reserve the right to employ all appropriate and deterrent measures to counter aggression and reclaim their legitimate rights. The parliament declared that the blockade and the deliberate starvation of the Yemeni nation are unacceptable, underscoring that Yemen’s sovereignty and the security of its people constitute an inviolable red line.
