Netanyahu Repeats False Claims, Demands Iran’s Nuclear Program Be Halted

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in a recent interview, reiterated unfounded claims demanding the cessation of Iran’s nuclear program, regardless of any potential agreement, and linking the end of regional conflicts to the downfall of the Iranian government.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, data published by Mehr News Agency, citing Al Jazeera, reveals that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in an interview with Fox News, made baseless assertions about Iran’s nuclear program. Netanyahu, while failing to acknowledge Israel’s status as the sole possessor of nuclear weapons in the region without any International Atomic Energy Agency oversight, and ignoring the peaceful nature of Tehran’s nuclear activities, claimed that Iran’s nuclear program must be halted, with or without an agreement.

The Israeli Prime Minister further escalated his interventionist rhetoric, making claims that contravene international law. He asserted that the conflict will only end when the Iranian government collapses or is sufficiently weakened to recognize the necessity of abandoning its nuclear program.
