According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu asserted in an interview with ABC News that he did not try to convince then-President Donald Trump to restart attacks on Iran. He stated that during his meetings with Trump, they discussed various options concerning Iran, including the pursuit of a more comprehensive agreement. Netanyahu elaborated that among the strategies presented to Trump were the continuation of the Strait of Hormuz blockade or military action. He maintained that he did not mislead anyone and that no one dictates actions to the President of the United States.
