Trump Vows ‘Devastating Blow’ to Iran, Optimistic on Saudi Nuclear Deal

U.S. President Donald Trump has expressed strong confidence in securing a civilian nuclear energy agreement with Saudi Arabia, while simultaneously vowing to deliver a ‘devastating blow’ to Iran. Trump also discussed efforts to end the conflict in Ukraine.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, U.S. President Donald Trump, in an interview with the Financial Times, discussed the wars in Iran and Ukraine, as well as Washington’s relations with Saudi Arabia. He voiced optimism about the potential for a civilian nuclear energy deal with Riyadh.

Trump, expressing significant fatigue, disappointment, and anger over the failure to achieve objectives in the conflict against the Iranian nation, stated, “We will deliver a devastating blow to Iran.”

Regarding the war in Ukraine, Trump commented, “We simply want to end the war between Ukraine and Russia.”

The U.S. President also addressed the possibility of authorizing the production of Patriot surface-to-air missiles in Ukraine, noting that no decision has been made on the matter yet.

Trump indicated that it remains unclear whether Washington will grant Ukraine permission to produce Patriot missiles.

In another part of his remarks, he expressed optimism regarding the finalization of a historic cooperation agreement in the field of civilian nuclear energy between the United States and Saudi Arabia.
