Trump Praises Iranian Resilience Amidst Threats, Cites Stalled Negotiations

U.S. President Donald Trump, while reiterating threats against Iran, acknowledged the nation’s capabilities and resilience in not succumbing to pressure, even as he expressed frustration with stalled negotiation tactics.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, U.S. President Donald Trump stated during a cabinet meeting at Camp David that Iran possesses significant capabilities and has not surrendered despite facing intense attacks. He reiterated his claims that Iran would be severely targeted, yet noted the nation’s enduring strength.

Trump continued his repeated assertions that Iran must not acquire nuclear weapons, warning that such an achievement would lead to the annihilation of the Middle East. Despite failing to achieve his stated objectives in conflicts involving Iran, he claimed a desire for victory and asserted that his administration was acting effectively against Iran.

Ignoring his own repeated breaches of agreements during negotiations, the U.S. President alleged that Iran consistently seeks talks and desires a deal, but stated he had lost trust in the Iranian people. He also mentioned that individuals including Bolton, Kushner, Vance, and Rubio are involved in negotiations concerning Iran.

Trump acknowledged that anyone in Iran’s position would have surrendered by now, but praised their refusal to do so, describing Iranians as resilient. He expressed frustration with Iranian negotiation tactics, noting they spend considerable time on issues that could be resolved much more quickly.
