Trump Cites Canceled Iran Strike Amid Shifting Stance

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, President Donald Trump has once again altered his stance regarding a purported attack on Iran, asserting that he agreed to call off the military operation.
Trump further sought to bolster the morale of U.S. troops by claiming that the United States is at its highest level of combat readiness and prepared to act against Iran if required.
These remarks from President Trump come mere hours after the Axios news outlet reported that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman had expressed concerns to the U.S. President about Washington’s plans for extensive new attacks on Iran during a phone call.
Citing an informed source privy to the telephone conversation, Axios reported that bin Salman urged Trump to de-escalate tensions and refrain from launching broad strikes against Iran.
