Washington acknowledges its military capabilities but concurrently dreads the risks and costs of being drawn into a protracted conflict with Iran. This situation exacerbates the gap between military capabilities, strategic objectives, and actual outcomes.

The report indicates that the approach of Donald Trump, characterized by maximum pressure, along with pressure from the Zionist regime, has fueled confusion and doubt in U.S. foreign policy. Consequently, even the Pentagon reportedly lacks a clear understanding of the true objectives and intentions behind this policy. Western countries, according to the report, have underestimated the cohesion of the Iranian people and their capacity for resistance, while conversely exaggerating the impact of foreign military intervention.
