Hackers Expose Secret UAE-Israel Military Deals for Advanced Drones and Munitions

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Israeli newspaper Haaretz has reported that a hacking group successfully accessed the personal email account of a senior official from Elbit Systems, subsequently publishing sensitive documents online. These revealed correspondences pertain to the supply of advanced drones and precision munitions, underscoring a deep and advanced security relationship between Israel and the United Arab Emirates.

The leaked documents indicate that the UAE requested Elbit Systems to expedite the delivery of six advanced Hermes 900 drones. These are sophisticated systems utilized for intelligence gathering and offensive operations, forming a crucial component of modern combat capabilities. The initial request is part of a broader plan to expand this fleet to 45 aircraft, organized into 15 complete systems, with an estimated total value of $1.3 billion.

This revelation follows previous transfers of advanced defense systems from Israel to the UAE, including the Iron Dome missile defense system and the Magen Or laser system. In addition to the drone contract, the leaked documents also detail another significant arms project involving the production of 6,000 guided bomb kits within a remarkably short period of three months.
