A powerful 6.3 magnitude earthquake jolted the southern coast of the Philippines on Wednesday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey, with no tsunami warning immediately issued.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, a 6.3 magnitude earthquake struck the southern coast of the Philippines today, Wednesday. The U.S. Geological Survey announced that the tremor’s epicenter was located 32 kilometers southwest of Sarangani Island, near the island of Mindanao.

As of this moment, no tsunami warning has been issued.
