Turkey Offers Support for U.S.-Iran Talks, Urges Strait of Hormuz Opening

Ankara has expressed readiness to provide all necessary support for potential negotiations between the United States and Iran, while also hoping for the swift reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has expressed hope for the prompt reopening of the Strait of Hormuz. Speaking at a joint press conference with his Syrian counterpart in Ankara, Fidan stated that Turkey is prepared to offer any required assistance to facilitate U.S.-Iran negotiations.
Fidan also claimed that fundamental agreements have been reached between Iran and the United States regarding the nuclear issue.
