Trump Predicts Swift End to Iran Conflict, Cites Strait of Hormuz Control

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Donald Trump, reflecting on a potential conflict with Iran, stated, “I think this war will end very soon.” He further asserted, “I don’t think the Iranians can continue much longer than this.” Trump also observed that “the Iranians, despite the naval blockade, are capable of planting mines in the Strait of Hormuz.” When questioned by a reporter regarding an agreement to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, Trump claimed, “I do not want to say that such an agreement has been reached, but it seems the strait is currently open. We have control of this strait.” The former President of the United States added to his claims, “I am involved in negotiations with Iran, an agreement can be reached soon.” In response to a question about whether he had informed his donors to support J.D. Vance for future elections, Trump stated, “No; J.D. Vance is great, but it is too early for this matter for now.”
