Iraq’s Oil Wealth Should Be Free from U.S. Control, Says Sheikh Akram Al-Kabi

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Sheikh Akram Al-Kabi, the Secretary-General of Iraq‘s Nujaba movement, has sharply criticized the policies of the United States in the country. He asserted that the core objective of Washington’s agenda in Iraq is the “theft and plunder of Iraq’s wealth,” emphasizing that the Iraqi resistance will not remain silent in the face of this exploitation of the nation’s resources and people’s assets.

Furthermore, Sheikh Akram Al-Kabi called for an immediate cessation of American custodianship over Iraq’s oil. He stated that the revenue generated from oil sales should be directly allocated to Iraq, asserting that the Iraqi people must regain full control over their natural resources.
