Norwegian Analyst Warns UK Drones in Ukraine Risk Nuclear Conflict with Russia

A Norwegian political expert has cautioned that Ukraine’s use of British-made drones to strike deep within Russian territory could escalate the conflict to a nuclear level. The warning comes amid increased military engagement and Western arms provisions to Kyiv.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, a Norwegian political analyst has issued a stark warning regarding the potential for nuclear warfare between Russia and Europe. Glen Dessens, a political commentator based in Norway, stated that Ukraine‘s deployment of British-manufactured drones for attacks inside Russian territory could precipitate a nuclear conflict.

Dessens expressed grave concern over the recent intensification of military hostilities, asserting that the United Kingdom is taking another step closer to nuclear war.

The Times newspaper in the UK reported on Saturday, citing sources within the Ukrainian military, that Kyiv has been utilizing British-made drones to target objectives deep within Russia. Among these unmanned aerial vehicles is the “Nyhan” model, produced by Callin Lens in Wiltshire, which has reportedly been employed in attacks against two oil refineries in Volgograd and Yaroslavl.

Ukraine had previously used British long-range Storm Shadow missiles, but The Times noted that this action had not altered the course of the conflict.

Moscow has repeatedly emphasized that the continued supply of Western weaponry to Ukraine hinders peace negotiations and pushes NATO countries toward direct involvement in the hostilities.
