Yemen Warns Saudi Arabia: Lifting Blockade Is the Only Option

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Yemen, affiliated with the Ansarullah government, announced that any actions by the Saudi regime to intensify tensions will be met with a reciprocal response. This statement comes amid reports from Al Mayadeen, as published by the Mehr News Agency.

The ministry’s statement declared: “Following the Saudi regime’s evasion of all its previous commitments and the unprecedented escalation of the blockade on Yemen, the country has implemented a ‘blockade for blockade’ equation and will take every necessary step to save the Yemeni people from the direst humanitarian crisis.”

The statement further detailed that after initiating this retaliatory measure, Saudi Arabia deployed its mercenaries across Yemen. These mercenaries pose a direct threat to Yemen’s security and stability, prompting the armed forces to address them appropriately.

The Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that the Saudi regime must understand there is no alternative to lifting the blockade on Yemen and ending the presence of its mercenaries in the country. It posited that the least costly and most straightforward solution for Saudi Arabia is to fulfill the demands of the Yemeni people and withdraw from the nation.
