Cuba Condemns Israeli Brutality in Region, Cites Civilian Casualties

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez on Saturday condemned the continued aggression by the “occupiers of Jerusalem” against Lebanon. In a message posted on the social media platform X, Rodriguez stated that the Israeli regime must cease its killing of civilians in Lebanon, with a particular focus on children and adolescents.

The Cuban Foreign Minister added that in the past six months, the Israeli regime has killed 257 children and wounded 1,009 others. This translates to an average of more than seven children killed or injured each day.

Bruno Rodriguez further noted that an additional 4,348 people have been killed and 12,300 injured by Israeli forces. He characterized these actions not as “collateral damage” but as part of a pattern of “savagery” that Israel is attempting to perpetrate in the Middle East (West Asia) with impunity.
