In response to this decision, the three news organizations have filed a lawsuit against the administration, citing the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution in their bid to regain access to the White House. They argue that the Trump administration’s action violates the First Amendment and obstructs their capacity to deliver information about the government’s performance to the public. Legal experts anticipate that these media outlets will prevail in their legal challenge against the ban.
