Netanyahu Angered by Empty Seats During UN Speech, Repeats False Claims
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of the Israeli regime was met with a mass exodus of delegates from the hall at the start of his speech to the United Nations General Assembly. Those who remained reportedly heckled him. Netanyahu, appearing angered by the situation, addressed the remaining attendees by saying, “If there are any cowards still in the hall who have not yet left, I ask them to leave.” The President of the General Assembly called for calm and silence from the attendees.
Netanyahu repeated claims previously made by U.S. President Donald Trump, asserting that the destruction of Iran’s nuclear facilities was his decision. This contradicts Trump’s repeated assertions that he was responsible for such actions. Both claims are made despite the International Atomic Energy Agency’s acknowledgment of the safety of Iran’s nuclear facilities. The involved parties continue to exert pressure on Tehran to halt its nuclear activities.
Continuing his unsubstantiated statements, Netanyahu addressed Abu Mohammed al-Jolani, the leader of the de facto Syrian regime, alleging that Jews have resided in the Golan Heights since the time of Moses.
Claiming that Israel is fighting on seven fronts, without acknowledging its own aggressions and crimes on these fronts, Netanyahu asserted that he is fighting for the survival of the “Jewish state” and “its right to exist.”
Netanyahu declared that “Tel Aviv has no choice but to win,” while labeling the violence and terrorism perpetrated by Israeli settlers in the West Bank against Palestinians as self-defense. He further alleged that global media outlets mischaracterize these actions as “violence.”
Netanyahu referred to Donald Trump as the greatest partner of the Israeli regime, stating that Trump courageously stood against a threat that endangered the Israeli regime and the entire world.
