According to the report of the Russian news agency “Ryanovsky”, Ryabkov said in response to the Western attempt to confiscate Russian property for the benefit of Ukraine: “We do not expect any rational action from our Western enemies, we do not expect any step that shows at least We don’t have their understanding of how unproductive and unhelpful it is to discuss this issue.” The Central Bank and the Ministry of Finance of Russia stopped and froze about 300 billion dollars of foreign currency reserves of this country in Western banks. “There is no reason that now this Let’s announce the measures”.
