The support of the majority of Palestinians for the Al-Aqsa storm operation

The Palestinian Political Studies Center conducted a new survey in the West Bank and Gaza Strip between the 5th and 10th of this month (March).

According to the results of this survey, more than five months have passed since the Al-Aqsa storm operation, the decision of the Hamas movement to attack the Zionist settlements on October 7th is approved and supported by the Palestinians, as 71% of them consider this decision correct.

Also, three quarters of Palestinians believe that the ongoing war in Gaza has revived “international interest in this conflict” and may lead to an increase in the recognition of the Palestinian state.

According to the results of this survey, “70% of the residents of Gaza emphasized that they will not leave this strip even if the wall between Rafah and Egypt collapses.”

Also, regarding the post-war stage of Gaza, 73 percent of Palestinians, with a plan in which the United States and the Arab coalition including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan, present a vision for strengthening and reforming the Palestinian Authority and to the negotiations based on “solution” 2 government” and achieving “Arab-Israeli peace” return, they are against.

83% of Palestinians are satisfied with Yemen’s support for Gaza

In addition, “83 percent of the Palestinians who participated in this survey expressed their satisfaction about Yemen, which carries out military operations against ships associated with the occupation in the Red Sea and in support of the people of Gaza.”
