Lapid: Netanyahu is deliberately complicating the ceasefire negotiations

The opposition leader of the Zionist regime believes that Netanyahu is trying to complicate the ceasefire negotiations and maintain his political base by presenting non-negotiable conditions.

Yair Lapid, the leader of the opposition faction of the Zionist regime, in an interview with Israel’s 103FM radio, blamed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for complicating the prisoner exchange negotiations and said: “Netanyahu has published a list of non-negotiable conditions for Israel to achieve to complicate any ceasefire agreement in order to maintain his political base.”

Lapid added: “Of course, this is a complicated negotiation even without Netanyahu intentionally making it complicated to maintain his political base.”

The opposition leader of the Zionist regime had previously criticized the content of the Prime Minister’s statement regarding the ongoing indirect negotiations with the Hamas movement to achieve a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and exchange of prisoners.

Netanyahu, regardless of experts’ acknowledgment that the Zionist regime is stuck in the Gaza Strip and not achieving the main goals of the war in the Gaza Strip, i.e. the destruction of the Hamas movement and the return of the Zionist prisoners from this area, said that any ceasefire agreement in Gaza should be possible to continue. provide war for Israel until the realization of all war goals.

The head of the opposition wing of the Zionist regime had previously admitted that Israel was not built for a long war and that Israel’s war in Gaza should be stopped. He emphasized the necessity of stopping the war of the Zionist regime army in the Gaza Strip, reaching an agreement with the Palestinian resistance and returning the Zionist prisoners from the Gaza Strip.
