Qatar Condemns Israeli Defense Minister’s Entry into Syrian Territory

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Qatar has vehemently condemned the entry of Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant into Syrian territory. The Qatari government described the act as a clear violation of Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as a breach of international law.
Doha has called for urgent action from the international community to ensure Israel’s adherence to international resolutions and the 1974 ceasefire agreement. Qatar also demanded that Israel cease its repeated aggressions into Syrian territory.
This stance by Qatar comes in response to the Israeli Defense Minister’s tour in southern Syria and his presence in the Mount Hermon region. Gallant reportedly claimed that Israeli forces would remain in the Mount Hermon area until “security threats” are resolved.
