UN Condemns Israeli Actions at UNRWA Center in Qalandia

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General announced in a statement that the United Nations calls on Israel to revoke regulations obstructing the activities of UNRWA (UNRWA).
The UN official further added, “We condemn the actions of Israeli forces at the UNRWA center in Qalandia. Israel’s measures against UNRWA facilities in the Palestinian territories are unacceptable.”
The Governorship of Jerusalem had previously issued a statement indicating that the Zionist army soldiers had surrounded the “Qalandia Institute” in the Qalandia camp north of occupied Jerusalem and demanded that the private security forces of this institute open its doors.
Zionist regime forces launched a raid this morning with a large deployment of troops and military equipment into the “Qalandia” camp north of occupied Jerusalem, and a bus carrying soldiers entered the camp’s entrance.
Local sources announced that an Israeli official, accompanied by Zionist regime army forces, entered the “Qalandia Institute,” affiliated with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), in the camp.
Concurrently, occupation soldiers in the “Kafr Aqab” area north of occupied Jerusalem, near the separation wall, distributed demolition notices among Palestinian residents.
During the ongoing raid, Zionist regime forces stopped an ambulance vehicle in the Qalandia camp and detained it at the location for a period.
