A bus overturned in South Africa/ 40 people were killed and injured

reported by Mehr News Agency quoted by “Citizen”, a fatal accident and overturning of a bus in Limpopo province in the north of South Africa led to the death of at least 10 people.

Limpopo Transport and Road Safety Authority council member Violet Mati said the victims, who were traveling from Johannesburg to Zimbabwe, died and were injured on a highway near Makado district.

According to him, all the victims of this accident were foreigners and more than 30 people were injured, 12 of them were reported to be in serious condition.

Mati attributed the accident to the high speed of the bus in the square and the driver was unable to control it. According to him, the bus driver was a novice and was not familiar with the road.
