According to the announcement of this news agency, Kebozumbayev stated that 6 of these experts are from the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2 from Russia, 2 from Embraer, 3 from the Research and Prevention Center Air Accidents (CENIPA) of Brazil, 3 people from the Intergovernmental Aviation Committee and one person from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan added: Experts have concluded that the plane was damaged outside the airspace of Kazakhstan. A comprehensive tracking, ballistics and explosives investigation has now been ordered. The results of the research will be made known to the public.
It should be said that on December 25, the Embraer 190 plane belonging to the Azerbaijan Airlines Company (Azal) crashed near the city of Aktau, Kazakhstan.
AZAL authorities announced that this plane crashed due to external physical and technical intervention.
