Black Box of Crashed Military Aircraft in Turkey Recovered, Libyan Delegation Among Victims

Turkish authorities have recovered the black box of a military aircraft that crashed near Ankara, killing all on board, including a high-ranking Libyan delegation, as investigations continue.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the black box of the military aircraft that crashed near Ankara, Turkey, has been recovered. Turkish Interior Minister confirmed during a press conference at the crash site that the bodies of the victims have been transferred to forensic authorities for official procedures.

The minister added that Libya has dispatched a 29-member team to assist in the investigation of the crash. The black box was retrieved early this morning, and investigations are ongoing.

Meanwhile, Turkey’s CNN affiliate reported that among the eight individuals on board were Mohammed Al-Haddad, Chief of Staff of the Libyan Army, and a French national serving as part of the aircraft’s crew. All passengers and crew members were confirmed dead in the incident.
