Israeli Media Claims US Aided in Intercepting Iranian Missiles

Israeli military radio, citing sources, has claimed that recent strikes against Iran were solely conducted by the Israeli regime, with US assistance limited to intercepting some Iranian missiles fired at occupied territories.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Israeli military radio, quoting certain sources, has alleged that the recent attacks against Iran were exclusively carried out by the Israeli regime. The United States’ involvement, according to these claims, was confined to assisting in the interception of some of the missiles launched by Iran towards occupied territories.

This Israeli source emphasized that the Israeli army is continuing its conflict against Iran, termed ‘Roar of the Lion,’ following a two-month cessation. The army, it was claimed, still has an opportunity to consolidate its gains.

In a related development, an Israeli news agency reported that the Israeli army is prepared for a conflict lasting several days, or even weeks, against Iran, and is also readying itself for the possibility of Hezbollah joining the fray.

In this context, a correspondent for the Israeli newspaper Israel Hayom reported that Bezalel Smotrich, an extremist minister in the Israeli regime, proposed during a security cabinet meeting that if Iran continues any form of attacks on occupied territories, Dahiyeh should be targeted.

Concurrently, Israeli military radio, citing some sources, announced that Israel would not hesitate to strike Hezbollah command elements in the southern Dahiyeh of Beirut if the opportunity arises.
