Italy Investigates Israeli Minister Ben-Gvir Over Gaza Flotilla Incident

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Italian media outlets have reported that the country’s Public Prosecutor’s Office is investigating Itamar Ben-Gvir, Israel’s National Security Minister, in connection with the “Samoud” flotilla. This development comes just two days after France’s National Office for Combating Terrorism announced its own investigation into the alleged torture of “Samoud” flotilla activists by Zionist soldiers and crimes attributed to Ben-Gvir. Initial inquiries are reportedly being conducted by the Central Office for Combating Crimes Against Humanity in France. Following the release of a video depicting Ben-Gvir’s conduct with “Samoud” flotilla occupants, the French Foreign Minister forwarded a report to the Public Prosecutor’s Office. Revelations by several participants in the global “Samoud” flotilla have led to serious accusations against the Zionist regime, including allegations of human rights violations such as torture and sexual harassment after the seizure of boats heading to the Gaza Strip in international waters and the detention of their occupants. European activists interviewed by Al Jazeera Mubasher detailed their experiences in a floating prison operated by the Zionist regime, stating they endured physical and psychological abuse, including beatings, forced nudity, and deprivation of water, food, and sleep over several days.
