US War Secretary Claims Deal With Iran Imminent

U.S. War Secretary Pete Hegseth stated on Sunday that a deal with Iran is on the path to being signed, asserting that the question is not if, but when the agreement will be finalized.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, U.S. War Secretary Pete Hegseth claimed on Sunday during an interview with CBS that “We are on the path to signing a deal with Iran.” He added, “The question is not whether we will sign that deal, but when we will sign it.”

The U.S. War Secretary, without condemning his country’s commitment breaches due to the ongoing brutal aggression by the Zionist regime against the oppressed people of Lebanon, asserted, “I do not expect Israel’s attacks on the southern suburbs of Beirut to derail the deal with Iran. I anticipate more advanced negotiations and believe these negotiations will continue.”

Pete Hegseth, without referencing the defensive nature of the Lebanese resistance’s struggle against the occupying Zionist forces, alleged, “We are closely monitoring Hezbollah’s rocket fire into northern Israel, and this must stop. Iran must decisively ask Hezbollah to cease its attacks on Israel!”
