Iran-US Technical Talks Relocated to Qatar

Technical negotiations between Iran and the United States, previously slated for Switzerland, have been moved to Qatar, according to Al Mayadeen television.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Al Mayadeen television announced that the technical-level meeting between Iran and the United States, originally scheduled to take place in Switzerland, has been relocated to Qatar.
The New York Times, citing a senior US official, claimed that the technical talks with Iran regarding the implementation of the agreement are still planned for the coming days. The US official, referring to recent exchanges of fire between Iran and the United States, asserted that no dialogue has been canceled and communications remain open.
Earlier, The Wall Street Journal had claimed the cancellation of this week’s talks in Switzerland.
