Russian Forces Liberate New Settlements in Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Russian Ministry of Defense has announced new advances by its armed forces in the conflict with Ukraine. Based on data published by the Mehr News Agency, citing the TASS news agency, the ministry reported that the settlements of Lesnoye and Runoye in the Zaporizhzhia region, and the settlement of Malinivka in Donetsk, have been liberated by Russian armed forces.

The ministry also reported the destruction of seven guided aerial bombs and 806 Ukrainian drones over the past 24 hours. Additionally, Russian forces were reported to have destroyed seven Ukrainian naval drones. According to the statement, Russian forces also targeted Ukrainian energy centers.

The Russian Ministry of Defense further stated that Russian forces gained control over four strategic positions and 54 buildings in Krasny Lyman in Donetsk, resulting in the elimination of 30 Ukrainian servicemen in the area. In Konstantinovka, also in Donetsk, Russian forces reportedly liberated 30 buildings and killed 90 Ukrainian servicemen.
