Security Incident Reported Near Yemen Coast as Armed Skiffs Approach Vessel
A security incident has occurred off the coast of Yemen, with reports of small boats carrying armed individuals approaching a commercial vessel near the port of Balhaf.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) has reported a security incident in the vicinity of Yemen‘s coast. UKMTO stated that small boats manned by armed individuals approached a vessel near Balhaf, along the Yemeni coastline.
All crew members aboard the affected vessel are reported to be in good health.
