Millions Mourn Supreme Leader in Iran, Showcasing National Strength

Millions of Iranians are participating in funeral ceremonies for the late Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Hosseini Khamenei, in Tehran, a display of national power and defiance, according to Israeli media reports.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth has reported that the massive turnout at the funeral procession for the late leader of Iran is a demonstration of Iran’s strength and a challenge to American influence, signaling that the Islamic Revolution has no boundaries.

The newspaper also noted that the office of Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the Israeli regime, denied reports published by The New York Times alleging that Tel Aviv had planned to assassinate senior Iranian negotiators, Abbas Araghchi and Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, during talks with the United States.

The farewell ceremony for the martyred leader of Iran, Imam Sayyid Ali Hosseini Khamenei, the martyred Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, began hours ago with the presence of numerous devoted followers at the Imam Khomeini Musalla in Tehran. The farewell ceremonies are scheduled to take place on Saturday and Sunday at the Imam Khomeini Musalla in Tehran. On Monday, a massive funeral procession for the martyred leader of the Revolution will be held in Tehran with the participation of millions of Iranians.

The sacred body of the martyred leader of the Revolution will be transferred to Qom on Tuesday for a funeral procession, followed by a grand procession in the holy city of Karbala on Wednesday. The burial of the martyred Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran will ultimately take place on Thursday at the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS).
